"The little town under the star"

The town of Bethlehem, shares an intergovernmental agreement for planning services with Barrow County, which is the 24th fastest growing county in the nation. The new City Park and Pavilion was completed with SPLOST (Special Local Option Sales Tax) funds.

Bethlehem recently completed its future land use map with assistance from the Northeast Georgia Regional Development Center and combined its town codes and ordinances with the Barrow County Unified Development codes.

Bethlehem's City Hall includes a library and a Community Center which can be rented for an event. The Community Center has a kitchen and will accommodate 150 people.
